Our operational hours in Vieques and Culebra are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time), and our office at Palmas del Mar is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please note that for any inquiries or support requested outside of this timeframe, there might be a delay in our response.

We accept credit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos. Please note that using debit cards will require a higher security deposit. However, cash payments are not accepted.

The security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. The specific amount varies according to the type of rental and the scheduled return time.
• Golf carts at Vieques and Culebra: $100 per unit
• Golf carts at Palmas del Mar: $250 per unit
• Vehicles (Vieques only): $250 per unit
• Self-checkout (returns after 5:00 p.m.): $500 per unit

‍Note: If you opt to use a debit card for the security deposit, the amount will be $500 per unit, irrespective of the model and return time.

We offer complimentary transportation for the main driver from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Vieques and Culebra) and 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Palmas del Mar). Our official vehicle makes multiple stops throughout the day, including the airport, the pier, and our facilities. As a result, we do not have specific pickup schedules. For those with time constraints, we highly recommend opting for private transportation.

We do not offer credit for unused hours. We highly recommend that customers select a schedule that accommodates their arrival and departure time.

The minimum height to ride a golf cart is 4' 9" (145 cm). For safety reasons, individuals must keep their feet firmly on the floor while the vehicle is in motion. Child safety seats or booster seats are not allowed in golf carts. We reserve the right to rent golf carts to groups with children.

Reservations can be canceled at any time; however, the following terms will apply:
• 7 days' notice — 100% refund
• 3 to 6 days' notice — 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours' notice — 25% refund
• Less than 24 hours' notice — No refund
